We are unable to move hazardous materials, flammable liquids, live plants, perishable food, or ammunition. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us before moving day and we will advise on the best way to handle it.

Label all boxes by destination room, clear pathways through hallways and doorways, and confirm that truck parking is accessible near your building entrance. If you are in a high-rise, reserve the service elevator in advance. After booking, we send a full preparation checklist by email so nothing gets missed.
